77ed Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "77ed" or "the Platform" means the online betting and casino service operated at 77ed.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and APIs.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 77ed platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on 77ed to access betting, casino, and gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total of all funds held in a Player's 77ed wallet, including real-money deposits and credited bonus amounts (where separately labelled).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by 77ed to a Player's account, subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required by 77ed before a Player's first withdrawal is processed.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on the 77ed platform for all transactions. The ৳ symbol is used interchangeably with BDT throughout this document.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the 77ed platform is expressly restricted under applicable law.

2Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 77ed. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read this document in full and agree to comply with its provisions.

Your continued use of the 77ed platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. 77ed will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players of material amendments via the contact details held on their account.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by additional policy documents including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotion terms. Where a conflict exists between these Terms & Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

3Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account and use the 77ed platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77ed enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered Players. Proof of age will be requested during KYC verification.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is expressly forbidden under local law.
• You must not already hold an existing active account on 77ed. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account at any time.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or agent of 77ed, nor a close family member of such a person.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

77ed reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a copy of your National ID Card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is complete.

4Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 77ed strongly recommends that you choose a unique password not used on any other platform and that you do not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 77ed support immediately at [email protected]. 77ed will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving a valid report of unauthorised access.

77ed reserves the right to suspend any account where unusual activity is detected, pending investigation. Where an account is found to have been accessed by an unauthorised third party, 77ed will work with the account holder to investigate the matter, but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds lost due to the Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

77ed accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi Players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your 77ed wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days depending on the receiving institution.

All transactions on 77ed are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 77ed does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which 77ed accepts no responsibility.

• 77ed reserves the right to request supporting documentation (e.g., payment screenshots, bank statements) before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods other than those registered to the account holder's verified identity.
• Funds deposited by any method other than those officially listed on the platform will not be credited, and recovery cannot be guaranteed.
• 77ed is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, 77ed reserves the right to correct the balance without prior notice.

6Bonuses and Promotions

77ed offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Where no specific promotion terms are published, the general bonus conditions set out in this section shall apply.

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Different game categories may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses that are claimed in violation of the promotion terms — including through the use of multiple accounts or VPN services — will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from such bonuses will be voided.
• 77ed reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's account at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of crediting.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 77ed platform are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, market, or game type. By placing a bet or joining a casino game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that product.

• Sports Betting: Bets are accepted only on markets that are currently open. In-play bets are subject to the odds and market availability at the moment of placement. 77ed reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event's result has been determined, in the event of a system error or odds feed malfunction.
• Cricket Markets: BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the platform. Abandoned matches, weather interruptions, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes are settled in accordance with the stated cricket rules.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical actions (dealing cards, spinning wheels) in regulated studios. Technical disconnections during a live session do not void a completed round. Bets successfully placed before a round closes are settled on the outcome of that round regardless of subsequent connectivity issues.
• Slots and RNG Games: All software-based game outcomes are governed by certified random number generators. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is stated within the game's information panel.
• Maximum Winnings: 77ed applies a maximum single-day winnings cap per account. Where a Player's winnings from a single session or single day exceed this cap, the excess amount may not be payable. Current limits are communicated within the platform's help section.

77ed reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or game at its sole discretion, without prior notice, particularly in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected on an account.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77ed platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will have their account suspended immediately, their balance withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Opening or operating more than one registered account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or any other technology to mask your geographical location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, result manipulation, or insider betting on any sports event.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical means to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or multiplayer formats.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in sports odds to place bets that would not be accepted under normal conditions.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime through use of the 77ed platform, including structured deposits designed to circumvent transaction monitoring.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age during the KYC verification process.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system, including through coordinated multi-account bonus farming or abuse of welcome offer terms.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 77ed platform — including but not limited to the 77ed brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 77ed or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 77ed.

Game content, including slot graphics, live dealer stream footage, and in-game assets, are the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and are subject to their own licensing terms. 77ed makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ed, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your voluntary decision to place bets or participate in casino games.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond 77ed's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by 77ed in the exercise of its rights under these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or bet voiding.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

The 77ed platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77ed makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may affect service availability with or without advance notice.

11Responsible Gaming

77ed is committed to providing a safe and controlled entertainment environment. We recognise that a small percentage of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. All Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Access to the 77ed platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. This age threshold is higher than many international platforms and reflects our commitment to protecting younger adults in the Bangladesh market. Age verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed.

12Termination and Suspension

77ed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or suspected money laundering.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A request from law enforcement or a competent regulatory authority.
• A determination that the Player is accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.

Upon account closure for reasons other than confirmed fraud or prohibited activity, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, after deduction of any applicable outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 77ed support. Voluntary account closures are typically processed within two (2) business days of receiving a confirmed written request.

13Amendments to These Terms

77ed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting Player rights, payment terms, or game rules — 77ed will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or a platform notification. Minor editorial corrections or clarifications may be implemented without notice.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated each time a revision is published. The version of these Terms & Conditions in force at the time of any dispute shall be the version that governs that dispute, unless a court of competent jurisdiction determines otherwise.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure. Continued use of the platform after the amended terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

14Governing Law and Disputes

77ed operates as an offshore online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77ed holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.

In the event of a dispute between you and 77ed regarding any bet, transaction, or account matter, you must first contact our support team at [email protected] to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter informally. 77ed aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within two (2) business days and to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days of receiving all relevant information.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact, the matter may be escalated to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the procedures applicable in 77ed's operating jurisdiction. Both parties agree to act in good faith throughout any dispute resolution process.
